Transferra’s Representative Access feature allows you to safely share account access with trusted team members – without compromising control. Whether you’re delegating tasks to your finance team or enabling executives to approve payments, this feature is designed to help businesses manage finances securely and efficiently.

How to Add a Representative in Transferra

1. Log into your Transferra Web account.
2. Navigate to the “Representatives” section.
3. Click “Add New Representative”.

4. Enter the email address of the team member.

5. Assign specific permissions, such as:

• View profile
• Create transactions between accounts
• View and manage cards
• Approve and send transactions
• And more
• Or grant Full Access

6. Confirm the action through WhatsApp, Google Authenticator, or SMS.

7. Done! Your representative now has the assigned access. You can edit permissions or remove access at any time.

Setting Up the Approval Workflow

If you want to enable Approval Workflow for payments, here’s what you need to do:

1. Go to the “Representatives” section.
2. For the person who will create payment drafts, check:
   “Create Prepared Transactions”.
3. For the person who will approve and send payments, check:
   “Approve and Send Transactions”.

This way, every payment can go through a review and approval process – adding an extra layer of security to your operations.
